Method of application
Make sure the surface to be glued is clean and free of foreign impurities.
Water absorbent and porous surfaces must be thoroughly moistened with water before constructing Terraco Terrafix W22.
Dusty surfaces should be treated with penetrating primer.
Mix:
Add around 7-7.5 litres of water to 25kg of Terraco Terrafix W22 and mix well to form a thick, slurry.
Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then stir again before using.
Construction:
Build up Terraco Terrafix W22 a layer approximately 3 mm thick on the surface with the smooth side of the toothed fan.
Pull the fly with the serrated edge through the mortar layer to smooth it out.
Push the tile into place to achieve full adhesion.
Fix the tile before the adhesive dries on the surface.
Please plan your work accordingly. The prepared material must be used within 1 hour.
Clean tools and equipment with water after use.
Spacing:
To ensure a balanced gap, tile spacers of the required thickness are recommended.
